Objects

 

(A)  The main object of the trust is as follows: –

 

The Trustee shall apply the trust fund or any part or parts thereof for the educational, social, economic and the advancement of for all in general but weaker and backward sector of the society in particular. Within the territories of India and abroad. The trust shall strive for the spiritual upliftment, attainments and understanding among people of various section and religious and provide for harmonious living with a sense of brotherhood. It shall also endeavor to take up programs to eradicate minimize cruelty to bird animals and also extend help to physically handicaps to enable them to earn their livelihood honorably without any discriminate to sex, caste or religious. It would take important activities for general improvement of the living of people.

 

(B)   The other objects of the trust are as follows:

 

(a) To provide such assistance and guidance as are necessary for the Trust to undertake the following steps:

 

(b)  Professional Education, environmental, social and cultural activities for the benefit of the population at large.

 

(c) To give scholarship and other help or assistance either financial or otherwise to poor, needy and deserving students for obtaining medical education or in allied fields and for going abroad for advanced studies.

 

(d) To start or establish School, College, Institutions, Universities of any nature such as Agriculture, Medical, Science, Forensic, Skill or any type of institution or University not named in this Trust

 

(e)  To do all other acts deeds and things as may be necessary and conductive for the attainment of the said objects.

 

(C) It shall be lawful for the Trustees to receive by way of gifts, grants, bequests, donations, contribution, movable and immovable properties and legacies from any persons, firms, associations, Trusts, Co-operative, corporate or Government / Semi Government bodies, authorities, undertakings or establishments whether towards corpus of the trust or otherwise, for all or any of the objects / purposes of the Trust herein created upon and / or subject to such special conditions as may be attached thereto but not in any way at variance with the purposes or objects of this Trust, and to retain any investments or other properties so received as an addition to the Trust Corpus if so required as a condition and to apply the same upon or subject to such conditions but otherwise in accordance with the provisions herein contained. However, all investment made or retained by the Trust shall be in accordance with the provisions of Income Tax Act 1961.

 

(D) The Trustee shall have power by supplementary declaration(s) resolution(s) of the Board to amend, delete or alter any of the objects set out hereinabove or any matter provided in the Deed as may be determined by two-third majority of the Trustees and/ or to the extent such amendments, declarations or deletions be required by the Commissioner of Income-tax or any other competent tax authority in order that the Trust be eligible and continue to be eligible for the various exemptions and privileges granted to Public  religious and Charitable Trusts under the Income-tax Act, 1961 and/ or under any other Indian Tax Statutes for the time being in force.

OBJECT

1. To provide or render assistance in providing food, medicines and other articles for poor and helpless people.

2. To provide/render monetary help /assistance for the relief of persons and animals affected by natural or other calamities.

3. To open, establish, promote, setup, run, maintain, assist, extend financial support for running of Cow Shelters, Old age home, hospital, charitable dispensary maternity homes, child welfare center, hostel, School, Colleges, Orphanage, Universities, Educational institution of any subjects Councils etc.

4. To start or establish School, College, Institutions, Universities of any nature such as Agriculture, Medical, Science, Forensic, Skill or any type of institution or University not named in this Trust

5. To help in the precredit of birds, cattle and useful animals.

6. To construct maintain community halls and meditation halls

7. To exchange information with other institutions, associations,
society and societies interested in the objects similar to those of the trust and do any other work/programmers which will help people of common interest.

8. To edit, translate and to publish books, booklets, newsletter, articles, magazines for the benefit of general public without any discrimination to caste creed or sex.

9. To conduct/participate in seminars, workshop, health meals in India with the co-ordination of other organization, Institution of same line,
10. To subscribe monthly magazines, literatures, periodicals and journals etc., from the other institutions of same line,

11. To maintain, assist and establish a library-cum-research centers,

12. To provide, advise and assistant on yoga and alternative therapies.

13 .To work for the welfare of women, children & Sr. Citizens, Rural Development schemes under State government & Central Government.

14. To work for the services of humanity and the eradication of every form of human suffering, the establishment of different intuitions to be engaged in development and social welfare in India.

15. To work for the protection, preservation and purification of environment,

16. To work for poor and poverty and for advancement of any other objects that are legally charitable and of general public welfare / utility,

17. To do work with different organization, trust, society etc. for corruption free environment in the world.

18. To work on Drugs Deaddiction free Society and to work towards the welfare of the drugs addict’s free society.

19. To make complaints, RTI (Right to Information Act), and PIL (Public Interest Litigation) WRIT, against the desired organizations, companies, PSUs or Central / State Governmental departments/officers in any ways.

20. To work towards the written or un-written of any desired legal works for the benefit of the society in larger interest.

21. To do all other things necessary and conductive for the achievement of their aims.
